On Friday, October 7th QCP’s longtime community partner, Stop & Shop, held a ribbon cutting ceremony in Maspeth to celebrate the supermarket chain’s store remodel. The revamped store (along with many others throughout the borough and New York City) will offer customers a refreshed look, and new amenities that seek to enhance the customer shopping experience and better meet the needs of the diverse neighbors they serve.

For many years, Stop & Shop has worked closely with QCP by employing many of our individuals at its stores, and to commemorate the remodels, Stop & Shop donated $2,500 to Queens Centers for Progress in support of our programs.
