A heartfelt “thank you” goes out to community members, organizations and businesses that generously give their time and donations throughout the year for benefit of the children and families at QCP.

The year has been inspiring as QCP received donations of turkeys, toys and clothing from so many giving people. The holidays were brighter as The Jamaica Rotary Club donated 250 toys to QCP’s children. It was made even more festive when Rotary members, along with police officers from Queens South’s 112th, 113th and 103rd Precincts helped QCP distribute the toys to wide-eyed children. Queens Distance Runners brought more joy by hosting their own toy drive that benefit the children and families we serve.

“We are very grateful for all our community friends who make donations and for community businesses who support us through our events throughout the year,” said QCP’s Director of Development Maryann McAleer. “With their generosity QCP is able to make greater strides in the lives of those we care for.”
