After an incredible 47 years of dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to our QCP family, Cindy Heller is embarking on her next great adventure — retirement!

As Director of The Children’s Center, Cindy has been the heart and soul of countless young lives, transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. From first days of school to graduation milestones, her gentle guidance and infectious enthusiasm have created ripples of joy that extend far beyond our classroom walls. The families she’s touched, the colleagues she’s inspired, and the students whose futures she’s helped shape are testament to a career that’s been nothing short of magical. While we’ll miss her daily presence tremendously, we’re thrilled to know that her legacy of kindness and excellence will continue to shine bright in every corner of The Children’s Center.
