Turkey Trot

Turkey Trot

On November 21st, the QCP Children’s Center held a TURKEY TROT for the students. Staff set up the therapy room into an obstacle course for the children to follow the turkey’s footsteps. They started by going down the slide, onto a therapy ball, threw the turkey ball into the hoop, planted feathers on the turkey, fed the squirrel, walked the parallel bars, under the table, and through the bin to the finish line! It was modified for each child’s capabilities. There was also singing and book reading. What a great treat! Run turkey, run!
