QCP Honors Staff At “Getting It Done” Awards

The second Natalie Katz Rogers “Getting It Done” award took place on October 26, honoring fifteen outstanding QCP staff members.

Prizes went to staff members from the Adult Day Services, Accounting, Bellerose Day Services, Children’s Center, Clinic, Maintenance, Pre-Vocational, and Residential services departments. One person received the top prize of $500, four received $250 each, and ten others $100 each. All the winners were nominated by their peers.

The semi-annual award is named in honor of Natalie Katz Rogers, QCP’s Founder and board member, who has been a leading role model for QCP. The award acknowledges her respect for individuality, embrace of a team approach, and her caring, trusting, and compassionate approach to serving people with developmental disabilities.
