As of July 1, 2017 QCP has officially named Terri Ross as Executive Director!
With over 40+ years of experience, QCP welcomed Ross in 1989 as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. In 1997, she was promoted to Director of Adult Services. We are honored to have her leading our agency.
