QCP family and friends held a special 90th birthday party on July 27 for Thomas “Tommy” Carretta, one of the agency’s most popular residents. Tommy began attending the QCP workshop in 1981 and later moved into the agency’s Groh Residence in 1984.
Tommy, who remains spry, talented and charming, enjoyed celebrating his big day with his family and friends who he has met over the last 35 years. Tommy exemplifies the need for residences and other types of housing to provide proper shelter for individuals as they age and have no family left to care for them.
