Mark Your Calendars and Get Those Walking Shoes Ready for QCP’s Footsteps for Progress 5K!

We cannot wait to welcome you back to one of our biggest community events of the year in FIVE WEEKS. We hope that you are able to join us for this fun-filled, community-building fundraising event that helps raise awareness (and funds) for QCP’s life-changing programs.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or simply looking to show your support, there are plenty of ways to get involved:
– Participate in the 5K and experience the joy of making a difference firsthand.
– Gather your friends, family, and colleagues to FORM A TEAM and multiply your impact.
– Volunteer your time and skills to help ensure the smooth operation of the event.
– Spread the word and encourage others to DONATE and help us reach our goal of $40,000 that will help keep our programs alive.

REGISTRATION FOR TIMED 5K RUN: $35.00 (includes a dri-fit shirt for the first 100 registered runners)
WALKERS REGISTER FOR FREE: Event t-shirts will be distributed to walkers who donate or fundraise $35.00 or more

Where will the money go? Funds raised from Footsteps for Progress will help provide life-changing and life-sustaining services at QCP. Our programs help our individuals be socially active, aspire to get a job, be more independent, make new friends, and explore the world around them.

– Email a friend/neighbor or roommate – $160.00
– Ask a member at a club you belong to – $180.00
– Share your reasons for walking/running on all social media outlets – $200 or more
