A QCP Halloween

This year’s Halloween parties were exceptional – from decorating the class rooms to the extraordinary costumes worn by the individuals as well as staff. The Bellerose Day Services group held a pumpkin contest while the 164th Street Day Services group had a piñata contest. Here are a few photos from QCP’s Halloween parties.

A QCP Thanksgiving

QCP celebrated Thanksgiving by preparing the usual Thanksgiving Day dinner – including turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, string beans, cranberry sauce, gravy, cider, and dessert! Staff pitched in as individuals were served as they spoke about what they were thankful for. It was truly heartwarming.

Turkey Trot

On November 21st, the QCP Children’s Center held a TURKEY TROT for the students. Staff set up the therapy room into an obstacle course for the children to follow the turkey’s footsteps.
