Dear QCP Supporter,

Queens Centers for Progress (QCP), formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Queens, has been working in the Queens community, serving people with developmentally disabilities(including cerebral palsy) and their families, for over 54 years.

QCP is NOT NOW ASSOCIATED with United Cerebral Palsy Associations (UCPA), located in Washington, D.C.

United Cerebral Palsy Associations in Washington, D.C. is embarking upon an ambitious direct mail initiative to ask for your money for their organization.  UCPA is not affiliated with QCP, and they provide no direct service to our community.

Our agency, QCP, has facilities on 164th Street, on the Grand Central Parkway west of Little Neck Parkway, and at many additional locations throughout Queens.  We provide training, rehabilitation, education, clinical, residential, and vocational services to thousands of Queens residents every day.  Please call Maryann McAleer at 718-380-3000, Ext. 324 to see the many valuable services which your generous donations help support.  You can also browse our website for additional information.

Should you receive the mail solicitation from UCPA in Washington, D.C., please do not be misled.  UCPA does not provide any direct service to Queens residents who need help.  WE DO!

We are grateful for your previous support of Queens Centers for Progress.  Please be assured that all donations to QCP will stay in our community and benefit those served by our agency.  We look forward to your continued interest and support.

Sincerely,

Bruce A. Hall
President
