TITLE: SHIFT SUPERVISOR FT
PROGRAM: RESIDENTIAL
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a home for adults with developmental disabilities. Coordinate staff schedules, plan and implement recreational activities, maintain resident and house funds, and oversee the maintenance of facility.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree preferred plus minimum 2 years related experience. NYS Driver’s License required. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

TITLE: DAY SERVICES SPECIALIST
PROGRAM: DAY SERVICES
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for writing day habilitation plans, conducting team meetings to review each assigned consumer's plan and summarizing consumers' responses to the plans by completing monthly review notes. Organize assigned consumer groups and implement the day service plan for each consumer in the group. Act as liaison with families, service coordinators and residential providers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree; experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.

TITLE: DAY SERVICES ASSISTANT
PROGRAM: DAY SERVICES
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Conduct habilitation service training in the community with adults with developmental disabilities; complete daily service documentation and write narrative notes, plan for group activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED; experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.

TITLE: DIRECT CARE WORKER - VARIOUS SHIFTS FT, PT, Per Diem
PROGRAM: RESIDENTIAL
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Provide comprehensive care to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. Work on ADL goals, assist with personal hygiene needs, perform housekeeping tasks and escort clients on recreational activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma or equivalent, valid New York State driver’s license required for one year. Prior work experience in a human service field with individuals with physical disabilities is preferred.

TITLE: RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR
PROGRAM: RESIDENTIAL
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Supervisor is responsible for the operation of a residence for individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with OMRDD regulations and Agency policy. Duties include staff supervision and coordination of active treatment services, such as activities of daily living and community inclusion/recreation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree + minimum 2 years supervisory experience and Valid NYS Drivers License.

TITLE: SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
PROGRAM: RESIDENTIAL
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Develops, revises and monitors communication plans and feeding protocols for consumers. Provides individual/group therapy. Participates in the IDT process and staff meetings. Conducts regular documented observations of staff, as well as provide training as needed. Implements & monitors progress of goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MA in Speech Pathology, and State Licensure - registered as a Speech/Language Pathologist by the NYS Department of Education. Prior experience working with the MR/DD population is preferred.

TITLE: DIRECT CARE WORKER /DRIVER 2:00PM - 6:00PM
PROGRAM: RESIDENTIAL
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Provide comprehensive care to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. Duties include picking up consumers from Day Program by driving a 15 passenger van. Assist with feeding and personal hygiene needs once consumer has returned home. Perform housekeeping duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: HS/GED diploma, valid NYS Driver’s License for a minimum of one year. Prior experience in a human service field with individuals with disabilities preferred.

TITLE: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Full Time Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 4:30
PROGRAM: ADMIN/FINANCE
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Prepare bank reconciliations, review A/P vouchers, analyze G/L accounts, maintain consumer ledgers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping. Excellent computer skills, detail oriented.
